My Birth Package
*One free consultation where we get to know each other and discuss what your preferences and goals are for labor and birth. There is no pressure during this meeting and I hold the space on my calendar for 72 hours to allow you time to decide if I am what you are looking for in a doula.
*One prenatal meeting in which we discuss how to achieve your goals for your birth, talk through fears, concerns and talk about your birth plan.
*Unlimited text, email and call support for any questions concerning pregnancy, labor and birth that may come up.
*Continuous attendance and support during active labor and birth. I stay 1-2 hours after birth to ensure everyone is settled.
*One postpartum in-home meeting, which includes a freezer meal, lactation support and postpartum healing gift.
*Access to my lending library with books, dvds, magazines on pregnancy, labor and parenting.
Total birth doula package is $600.
I offer a reduced rate to those in need and military.
*I also offer belly casting. (Cast only, no painting) $75
